Discover
We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their core values to understand what makes their business tick.
We endeavour to deeply understand the project and it's requirements, and then we will work with the client to create a plan that will help them achieve their goals. Your business is the heart of our work, and we’ll do everything we can to help you achieve your goals.
Once the full audit is complete, we report back with a comprehensive plan and, more importantly, a budget.

Build
Based off of the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap is an intricately designed map of technical stages designed to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Each client is will have an open channel of communication with us to ensure that we are on the same page. We will be in touch with the client regularly to update them on the progress of the project.
Iskio were so regular with their progress updates we almost began to think they were automated!
Deliver
After the Build phase, we test the project and make any necessary changes. If we receive a change in requirements we will communicate what this will entail to the client and make the necessary changes.
We ensure that everything fully functional at launch — anything that's not is fixed as fast as humanly possible.

- Testing. We rigorously test our projects to ensure they are robust and reliable, no matter how complex they are.
- Infrastructure. We use secure dedicated servers to ensure that your customers are always able to access your website as quickly as possible.
- Support. We provide a generous support and maintenance plan to ensure that your project is always up to date and bug free.
